Re: Final KR Based Race Bike Project
Managed to get a few more jobs done today.
Fitted the chain DID 520 ERS, the clutch lever and run switch. I've also cleaned off the old paint on the front fender and stripped it back to the white gel coat. I'm going to polish it up and take a mould from it, to create some new ones out of carbon fibre.
I was also having a dig around in my shed and found some old custom rearsets MJ gave me a few years back. They are set too far back for me to use as they are, but I am going to use them as templates and get them machined to suit.

Is this what you're after, or did you want one more from the side?

Re: Final KR Based Race Bike Project
I've put the gear selector cover on and first part of the shifting mechanism.
This lovely piece of machined ally was made for me by a chap on the forum called Ronnie and if anyone is interested in having one made for their race or track bike, either drop me a PM and I'll give you his email address, alternatively PM him directly, here's his thread on them.

Re: Final KR Based Race Bike Project

is the spare hole in the plate for a MX style triangle prop stand or just to remove material?
