Vapour / Aqua Blasting peens the surface of the alloy and therefore makes it easier to keep clean.

The process is used extensively for restoring aero/turbine engine components and is becoming popular for the restoration of motorcycle and car components.

All alloy will corrode if not rinsed after subjecting to salty road conditions and not protected with wd40 or acf50 etc..

If you would like to discuss the process or a quote please call me and please view the process details and results at my website

Thanks

Nick

Hi Martin.
This bike building is getting a bit of a habit, but another good rescue on its way.
Anyway how are you doing, i'm hoping to get back on mine after May this year. Economic crap is doing my head in, no pay rise for 5 yrs now but we just scrape through, so no spare shekals at the mo, keep up the good work Wayne.

Engine looks good as new. Were the sight glass, etc NOS or current stock?
