Can't wait to see the old girl again. I think this weekend I better get the garage tidy and squared away for her home coming.
Of course I hope everyone knows, it will have the shit photographed out of it, from every angle, and then posted everywhere.
Hi Martin,
Eventually managed to track down replacement rings, pins and clips from Wiseco so as soon as they arrive I will give you a shout.
The engine has been apart for +2years it will seem very very strange not seeing all the bits stored around the garage. I will dig out as many of the consumable items as I have at hand including the modified head gasket.
Cheers,
Bernie
once you have sorted it all out , i will build the engine for you bernie, i will
get the dremmel out and do some work on it too
well. why not, if i can improve reliability and get some more horses out of it
i would,nt mind a set of rings,
if you order some. get me some and i will split the postage cost with
you
Hi Martin,
Have you got a 300 motor hidden away?
The rings I am getting are the 61mm RGV ones, do you need a set of those?
If so I will sort it out in the morning.
Cheers
Bernie
