wo thats great dave, is there a picture of the prize bike.if so would u be able to get a pic of the article if possible please. would love to see if mine was the comp prize.

I havent got a scanner but i will take a pic on my camera and load it up for ya,gotta find the mag now,got every issue from 87 to the mid 90's,think they call that Hoarding!lol :D

happy new year. managed to crack on in the man cave over crimbo
painted frame, put engine, swing arm in. cleaning up all other bits to go on. might change base gaskets from pattern to genuine after just reading of em blowing.

had wheels powder coated and lookin at tyres for road use, any one use avon roadriders [think thats name] or best stick with bridgestones. dont want bigger than 110 140 [kr1 wheels] and aint seen much else. any advice/experience most welcome.

over the last couple weeks managed to get on with loads . couldnt resist wheelin out for some pics today alls good so far,few little probs like switch gear pegs that sit in the bars were busted couple of little screws sorted it. had some fun routing the wiring n cables but think i got there.

all the fixings have had good heads n threads good clean up and used them again.

ive got the old b2 pipes but picked up these 1s spannies years back and some mig cans of a rs250 a while back theve polished up alwright.

another change was the 1s bars they seem better to me than kr1 ones bit stronger were they go in clip on. waiting for a temp sensor in post and should be firing it up at week end. :D brakes next think i need new pistons £ouch .
