I'm sure the quality is top notch, probably considerably better than kawasaki painted it new.
It's just I'm still getting my head around how much these little bikes are now worth, 5 years ago you wouldn't dream of spending that on a respray, it would have been more than the bike was worth.
Nowadays they seem to be making top money all of a sudden.

might be it's a rear one, but then you've mounted it upside down, and so it probably is the same as an original KR1 front caliper.
not that it's a problem, as long as you take it off and hold it "right way up" for bleeding

I can just about cope with that
I have seen some of thier work mainly on unfaired 70s stuff and it is very very good. If you were picky you'd say too good way better than the Japanese put on 30 yrs ago.
Some painters I've spoken to won't even touch that pearlesant white.

Yep what Janbros said, i wasn't trying to say there was a problem, just noticed that it looked like a kr1 front caliper

looked at that picture from the rear caliper again, and see you've run the brake-line on the inside off the swing arm
I wouldn't do that

I dont really like it but it won't reach on the conventional route, its on my list of things to do, but it does not rub on anything so it's not down as urgent, rear caliper could be a KR1 front but it was the right price and fits ok

I'm allready past spending what the bikes worth but i'm not really bothered, i've got a rvf400 swing arm in the garage that im contemplating fitting but i have'nt decided yet
