I toyed with the idea of doing my own electroplate when I started the KR1s but put myself off looking at kits on line.I have had two batches off stuff done, the first came back mint but the last set is a mixture of good, not so good and crap :? I will have more to do so I might have a punt on one of those :-k
How easy to use is "easy to use" Wayne :?:

Just done some myself, first time I've tried it & I have to admit that its a bit hit & miss but experience should improve the results.

It is easy to use, but the key really is down to prep.

I really would recommend a bit of practise on something not important before diving in with bits you want to use
Still, the plating does come off again quite easy
