Hi all
After a very long layoff I'm finally getting my 1989 Kr1 resto finished.
I have a question about the fitting of the bellypan.
Is there a lower support for it?
I see lugs on the exhausts that look like they should have a bracket on them.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Scott

no, just hangs on the upper fairing and held in position by a rubber thingie at the front radiator.
My ultimate goal is to die young as late as possible !

The lugs are there to hold rubber bungs that stop the bellypan moving about, you can still buy them from Corby Kawasaki

Yeah, Kawasaki part number 920751445, £4.44 each plus postage, I know 'cos I bought one last year, one of the originals on my bike since 1989 had perished tried to download microfiche but gave up! wanted to use the words "rubber bung" as well
