OK, I'll cut to the chase (CDI replaced, Clocks replaced, battery replaced & new reg/rec fitted (cheers Scott... saved you a plane ticket ) Bike fired up fine, had me mate up with multimeter, readings all OK... one uncertainty readings from Stator... manual states 25 volts @ 4,000rpm.. mine showing 6 volts (bike does not run if disconnected)

Do you think I should replace the stator:

I think maybe I should (welcome any info)
