Carbs was put in my friends ultra sonic cheaner after alot of de grease and cleaning but what a improvement 8)

So the next picture is the result of many months work,I got the wheels, frame and alot of accessories powder coated, the frame was re done as I wasn't to happy the first time but 2nd it came out lovley.
A fully rebuilt and re gased shock was put in
Forks was rebuilt, I painted the front disks
New machined bars, every thing was cleaned and water tank ect is like new,
All the fixings was replated plus all the disk bolts was replaced with new ones, alit of bits like luggage hooks was redone in the olive green
Loads of nos parts fitted including fairing brackets,front clock bracket, both front foot rest hangers, loads of bolts and bearings all the headstock stuff, front foot pegs but still waiting for one 🙄
New Bridgestone tyres plus alot of bits aqua blasted and painted, wiring all sorted clocks was redone too
Fitted the callipers, new brake lines and rebuilt mastercylinders, new levers, ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Thanks guys it's coming together nicely now, motor would of been done today but seem to have lost the head gasket🙄🤔

It will be next to the 10mm socket and 10mm spanner that you can't find :lol:

Thanks jarno I can't wait for the finished article!
Bernie it turns out it wasn't with the 10mm socket😁 remembered I took the engine to fahron for his opinion on something and left the gasket there.. no wonder I couldn't find it 🙄😂
So made some progress today just about finished the engine 😁just need to get a gear change seal and clutch arm seal, it's all nice again I put 2 f3 valves in as I had them from Charles still doing nothing, all fresh and some nice linkages thanks to Martin 👍

Cheers lads I'm happy with how it's coming together.
Jarno well spotted iv got a few so thought I'd chuck one on see what all the fuss is about 😀
Bit more done today too, got some billet exhaust hangers n bobbins also exhausts of a mate, so I polished the end cans and swapped the standard hangers over they do look the dogs! I can arrange to get some if any one fancy a set he has a few left.cheers Dan ImageImageImageImageImage

That's nice bernie I was verry close to polishing the chamber covers whilst I was doing the end cans the solvol was out :!: but I do like the finish of aqua blasting.
I do have a Kr1s that has a polished frame and forks I was thinking one day I'll do the swing arm and wheel edges 8)
