my first guess would have been Ex on the Beach
Georgie Shore
or a Big Brother variant - if that's the obvious clue

Polyurethane can be formulated to be very soft or rigid (like chair parts) - just need a durometer to get a Shore hardness measurement

the tooling must have been expensive.
How about a bulk discount eg cost for 1, cost for 2, cost for 3?

Hi Danny,

Big Brother is the correct answer
And I would like it on record that it was only on to mask any noise I was making. I am not a closet reality tv fan

Cheers
