everything in the engine in interchangeable.

but the holes through the KIPS valves are smaller in a KR1. you can swap them, but the holes will not line up with the ones in the cylinder.

You can get new 1S and F3 KIPs valves from BDK.

No,

best is to put S valves in S cylinders and KR1 valves in KR1 cylinders

all diameters/lengths are the same, just that KR1 valves have a smaller hole where the gases go through.

^^^ there is bullshit in there

use a KR-1S or KR-1 head they are the same - and are not ceramic coated. Most people polish the head/spark chambers to mirror finish. (Thermodynamics) and stay cleaner from carbon buildup

use KR-1S valves in preference to KR-1 valves ... the holes are bigger
you can try F3 (formula 3 racing) spec ... they have cut aways for flow and alignment
...an F3 valve is just a modified KR-1S valve (hacksaw)

finding any valves is rare as the stems are easily snapped if you aren't careful removing the linkage screws... which is why they are also expensive
