After a lot of cold winter nights in the garage i've finally got it running.
It sounds awesome!!
Just got to sort out all the little problems, finish a few things off,and wait for the bodywork to come back from paint, then its on the road.
Hope you like it.

By the looks of things you may need to transplant an anchor to the front to stop the bars smashing your teeth out.. Looks the biz =D>

you've done a nice job on that 8) bet its a bit of a beast to start :)

it looks just so right and uncomplicated just sitting there in the KR chassis, a proper big stroker project.
Hope you get it all sorted.
Would like to know how it performs
:D

I'll post a video when i figure out how to do it.
The rear sets are a bit low, they're on my 'TO DO LIST' which is a big un!
It's not too bad to start if you know the knack and wear a bloody big hard soled boot.
Power should be around 65bhp but with scary amounts of torque.
I'm running no airbox, just a 63mm foam filter which has made it very responsive on the throttle, and a massive intake ROAR!!! :-$
The plan is to put it on the road with a daylight MOT for this summer.
Does anyone know the local A&E opening times??

How is for vibration?
I was talking to a mate at work today who said his mate did a similar thing
with a kx500 in a gsxr250RR chasis.
He said it went well but it vibrated like buggery at lower revs.
