Hi Guys,
I took the KR1S out for a good new year blast the other day and when I took the bike from the garage, the battery was completely flat. It fired up allright but it seemed very hesitant in the mid range and having ridden it for over 30 minutes, the battery was still flat so I think there is a charging issue with the bike.
Charged battery overnight and bike now goes like stink!
Probably dumb questions but any thoughts on what to check regarding charging and does the engine need a strong battery to operate properly?
Ta,
Neil

The bike dosn't need a big battery to run. I use a small set of fancy rechargeable cell (for a remote control car) but then I don't have lights etc.
Check the regulator with a multimeter as per the manual and also check the charging voltage with the engine running.
