I got meself a '94 RGV radiator, and found that it has no filler cap. Have not found anything yet on evilbay, will prolly post on the RGV forum/ask a few breakers next.
Has anyone done this conversion before and was it simple enough to use the RGV cap/etc. ? (I think it also houses the thermostat which I wont need.)
I dont know any bikes with remote fillers (cb500 maybe) and would like to have pressure release at no less than standard for the KR1S.
Thanks for any help.

Yep we did it on Mr Ps KR. Off the cylinder head run a short bit of hose into a T piece (there is one on the RGV) From this T run one hose to the rad the other to the filler/pressure cap. Mounted this on a plate on the side of the frame under the tank.
Rest is easy - main prob is RGV rad lower mount is larger dia than KR waterpump outlet. We used a bit of hosepipe over KR mount and then put RGV pipe over this.
