Hi , the exhausts are Jolly Motos which i had chromed . The fairing did need a lot of work but with help of a friend who is good with glass fibre made it possible. Used rgv250 airbox to carb rubbers to connect standard airbox to PWK 35 keihin carbs. Air box lid has been altered. The fairing was bought off the Tyga site .

The stroked crank is a standard crank that i sent to a US specialist with the cases and new RGV 250 rods which are 1mm shorter at 105mm. They stroked the crank, balanced ,trued and welded plus had to trench the cases. In about one month the crank is going to Graham File for him to do his magic. Unfortunatly Grahams work load is massive so it may be a few months.

The stroked crank will increase capacity a little and make it less over square and Graham tells me will allow him to do more with the ports to improve the port timing. I will only find out for sure when the engine is fitted and on the dyno being set up.

Very Good...
Is it quick ....?
Top tip...
Use Fzr1k inlet rubbers there
a bit longer.. for the carb to box..
the rgv ones are too short and you end up stretching
them..."might help"
i use them..and are so much better..
and have a modified air box..

Do you have small fingers for the choke...
i see the pull ups are there...
but i guess thats per assemble and mod days..

Graham File is my Hero..#1
he has done both my motors
and i swear by him...

What manifold rubbers did you use to fit the 35mm PWK's?
They look factory. 8)
Once again, that's a magnificent piece of work. =P~ =P~

Hi the rear sets are made by Coerce and are a massive improvement, They came from Ebay via a supplier who sells Coerce rear sete. Search Coerce on ebay and then contact the sellar for a quote . The carb rubbers are modified standard rubbers , to increase the diameter of the neck we serounded the rubber with plaster of paris and machined out with a milling machine to suit carbs . The plaster stabilises the rubber during machining . Graham File then matched the rubbers to the modified V Force reed blocks.
