The zxr 400 in the pictures is being ridden by my daughter & it's her that crashed "she's fine by the way & so is her bike"

Thanks Scott dont know if you have been to Cadwell? the "mountain" is part of a steep uphill chicane, tried it in second but the bike engine wouldn't "peak" so had to do it in first & change into second as soon as it went over the "top" Great fun! made me think about fitting a steering damper though 8-[

Great Pictures, Ain't Cadwell the mother of all tracks :D :D :D :D

I'm guessing that your running standard gearing? On mine its second gear all the way over the mountain. I only hook first though the new Chic-caine and the hairpin. Were you hitting top gear at the end of Park?

Think I had her screaming in 5th at the end of park 11500 rpm "I was running it in" then knocked it down one to go up the hill & kept it at full throttle, corner speed is fantastic , think it could have gone faster on the bends but I'm not sure I could  Think I prefer Oulton seem's to "flow" better but that might just be me!! Now I know the bottom end of the engine is ok might be tempted with those barrels of your's When I get a few quid as it's got kr1's on at the moment, Will have to wait to see what Stan the man comes up with about my 300cc ones!

MJ if your daughter is going to be restricted to a 33bhp license she wont be allowed to do a track day! She will have to get a race license, aparently the track insurance wont insure her, that's what my daughter had to do!

Best of luck to her MJ. Hope she passes. I'll be joining you in the fast group and I'll watch the pair of you potter round in the novice group as well.

Oulton is ok, second best track in the UK :D Cadwell has everything blind bends off camber bends, blind and off chamber bends, even straight forward bends and a big motocross jump in the middle. :D Think we need to post a picture or two, for our down under friends, from the BSB boys as they jump it.

Now I know the bottom end of the engine is ok might be tempted with those barrels of your's When I get a few quid as it's got kr1's on at the moment, Will have to wait to see what Stan the man comes up with about my 300cc ones!
Those barrels are on there way to aussie ATM. They were a bleeding good set as well. worth a real Dynopro 60 odd BHP. I'm hopping that my new ones are a couple of horses more. Else I'll be asking for them back

She has CBT doing direct access - after that she isn't limited is she?

Could you do a trackday on a race licence??

Other daughter has race licence but isn't doing road. If she can ride might need to build a 3rd KR !!!

Yes you can do a trackday on a race licence, but not on a restricted road licence, think if your over 21 you can do a direct acess course, under 21 you have to hold a licence for two years before the 33bhp restrictor's can be taken off

On a race license you need to be over 18 as well at Cadwell.
