I am currently researching alternate rear shocks.
These are some of the names I have heard of that could possibly supply/build a unit;
Maxton
Proflex
White Power
Penske
Who else could make shocks for a KR?
Alternate rear shocks?

I got an Ohlins unit for mine. Speak to Russ at Mick Gardner Racing. He built me one by stripping shortening and rebuilding a standard Ohlins shock. a great job and a great handling bike at the end of it.

I fitted a set of WP front springs to mine http://www.wpsuspension.co.uk/product_race.php found them very helpful, also fitted the R6 rear shock, did one track day & it all seemed to work very well, never got to try it on the road as the engine siezed!
