Wheel alignment on hybrid...general engineering question.
I need to push the rear wheel over to line the rear wheel up on my hybrid, this is only possible after removing the sprocket side spacer. I know I can't run without the spacer but could I remove about 3mm off the face of the sprocket carrier, the 'lip' that holds the dust seal, and make a new spacer? With the spacer removed I've got perfect alignment and I'm just looking for a bit of clearance, anybody done this?

dont forget whatever you take off the left u need to add to the right or youll knacker the swinger....oh and maybe need to re-align the disc in the caliper...you can always leave a lip on the bottom of the new spacer(like a top hat) to help keep crud out too...
bring a ding ding i'm a throttle happy chappy...
