original fairing?

Hi, I've been offered this fairing:

The owner says it's completely original, can't believe it as I've never seen a KR1S with air intakes next to the head light. Am I wrong?

that's what I thought. A shame as it's otherwise in good nick, needs only a respray.... and its not that expensive.

if its better than what you have it gotta be better unless you REALLY want original panels??
i personally think it looks slightly odd but that could be because of the colour of the scoops

My fairing looks ok from the outside. But on the inside you can see it's been repaired in a awful way. I am thinking of buying this one as a spare.
