did a lot of measurements to do step like this, and to make it more simple I decide to keep original kips
you can see how much aluminium meat left on bridge between exhaust and kips
biggest problem till now is boost port..still measuring if possible to dig boost without entering waterspace
rough grinding done, now I would like to hear suggestions which kind of porting forumers would do?
my plan is to make same std timing with a bit of staggering of transfers as I did on other sleeved std,worked excellent till 6-6500 with a bit of hole, after progressing without problem as standard ported
as proud owner of rg500 I wouldn't recommend 500cc two stroke above 2 cylinders for everyday use
my dream is rotax 494 or similar in kr frame..
