a KR1 shock is very very short, I havn't found another one that's as short :( .

For my KR1-SV project, I'm milling another linkage part (that thing with the 3 bearrings) at the moment, so I can fit longer shocks

Elf, if i had one built it would double the price of the bike LOL!!!!!

 maybe for the project, but for the track i rekon its best to get it serviced and or rebuilt ive had quotes from 70 - 100 quid!! which isnt too bad!

Mind you your ohlins looks trick as fudge!!!! lovely!! 8)

It shouldn't cost much for a oil change and a re gas unless you'r going for a re-valve as well?

Russ at Mick Gardner Racing Does all of my suspension work. Give him a bell and I'm sure he'll sort you something out.

That's why I've got a KR1S shock in piecies  :? It was knacked when he stripped it. He is good and honest when it comes to suspension and you can just phone him at any time for help or advise on bike set up or anything suspension related. He won't just re-gas and oil a knacked shock and charge you for it.

In the end I bite the bullet and got him to make the ohlins for me. It wasn't that much more expensive then messing about and trawlling round buying shocks and getting them stripped.
