Just popped the part from the mould, so it needs cleaning up and finishing, but it does the job.

Cheers guys, I hope to have it finished by the weekend and make a start on the snorkel. Work keeps getting in the way though, but without work, I wouldn't be able to fund this project.

The weather's supposed to be good, so I hope to be able to pull the bikes out the garage and take some pics to update the thread.

Dry clutch is too much agro Jarno, the engine will still resemble a KR.

Thats true but i hope someday someone wil try to make a dry cluch on a kr1s.

hope my bike wil be half as beautiful as yours.

Hi Fred,
I think he will be making a lid with the snorkle for the pressurised feed from the air scoop in the fairing.

Fitted the hugger today, so thought I would take a couple of snaps for the thread and a close up of the hugger.

I'm going to take a little break from carbon fibre work and do some more mechanical work on the engine for the next week or so, before continuing with the air feed to the airbox.
