Here's the airbox plug out of the bike. I'll be creating the mould this week and should have it complete by Thursday, for the next updat of the thread.

Just given the plug a clean and de-grease ready to apply the release agent and thought I would add another pic from the other side showing the cut out for the rear shock gas can.

Hi Ben,

Awesome work as usual!

I noticed you were thinking of using a twin pull throttle. Why not use a single pull then have an aftermarket splitter cable like from venhill.or similar? Will save you a bit of money on the throttle and will be a touch lighter weightwise too?

Do you mean the cut outs at the top of the airbox Fred? They are to clear the mounting points for the tail piece.

Not too sure about using a splitter cable. Why do the TZ's not use a splitter?

That is a good point, i don't know why they don't use a splitter.

Hi ben. looks like a cutout down on right hand side of where right carb would sit.could be just the shine on the photo

I'm not sure where you mean Fred. Save a copy of the pic, draw an arrow on where you mean and post it again.

Do you mean the previous photo? That is the recess to clear the engine number on the gearbox case.
