Yep, was never rebored because it never needed it, ran smooth as a nut...when it was running. Looks better than I thought it would under the heads. They've been off before, but only to clean the carbon off the pistons (many years ago). Was finally laid up due to the crankshaft oil seals failing; last ran in 1993.

The coils certainly didn't look like that the last time I had that cover off; it was all shiny!!!

Jeez, that cable!!!! Was it pinched under anything to get to that state? Looks like it's been sliced by something.

Nice to see it getting some attention again after all these years. Keep up the good work. \:D/

Looks a whole lot better WITHOUT the tank and seat, haha!

Gary,
Were it goes down through the opening in the side engine casing next to the three oil lines, which then go to the oil pump it was rubbing on the top of the casing.

Brilliant!
I like it,not sure if the generator is worth saving though.....
Pipes (off the bike) look like Denco or maybe early Allspeeds as they came without the headers on some models.
Got your work cut out,but its all part of the fun. :D

Have now taken all parts for powder coating :)

I picked up an original seat of ebay which was a find as it has all the four metal side trims, have cleaned the seat and left the trims in primer as they will be sprayed with the bodywork.
