With the Thruxton down pipes fitted it looks like the cheapo universal silencers have a better chance of lining up :P

Need a link pipe which will need to be angled and go from 1 1/2 diam to 2 inch

Hi Martin,

Front mudguard and sprocket cover?

Mornin Bernie :P

I will re fit the original sprocket cover but the front mudguard has been a bit of a pain :?

As I have fitted the Thruxton front wheel which is an inch smaller at 18 Inches the lugs on the forks to mount the fork brace/mudguard are now too high.

I hope to mount the mudguard "under" the fork brace to bring the gap down but the second hand mudguard I bought doesn't fit even though it's a Triumph Bonneville part

There is a model called the Bonneville SE which has cast wheels and the forks are set wider so the mounting holes are about 20mm out which I wasn't aware of #-o

Would a tailers cloth tape with some wire do it? Or easier still, bend some wire to where you want the exhaust pipe to go, cut it to length, then measure that bad boy.
Or have I missed the canoo proper :? .
Looks tidy all the same heady.

Measuring angles is beyond me Gazza,i get a different measurement everytime :?

Been putting it off but now delving into the carbs !!

They are CVK 36 Keihin carbs with heaters ,TPS and stuff so pretty different to the PWK 28 carbs I have been messing with the last several years

The idle mixture screw has perished 0 rings and one washer missing so looked on the Triumph microfiches and you have to buy the complete screw which is £23 per screw

Just need to find some Viton 0 rings and a tiny washer then [-o<

Really clean inside but the slides have a little scoring on the engine facing side but look new airbox facing side :?:

Just going to buff them up as they are £53 a side

Really neat that enjoy as the weather improves. I was in my local Triumph dealership yesterday and nothing, nothing looked as good as yours. Yup they ave Thruxtons Tiger adventurers but they all lack that personal " this is what I like" input.

Thanks Stevo :P

Been a pain trying to get a front mudguard and I have an allergy to aftermarket fibre glass ones LOL

Just missed out on one as I was trying to do a deal and someone came in at the asking price which is fair enough

Wanted to get a black front muddy but maybe a silver one will be o.k. as there is silver on the tank :?:

Must have been ignoring the rear end #-o

So need to sort out

Rear disc worn out
Brake pistons corroded
Brake hose corroded fittings

So I need to get a good second hand disc, stainless brake pistons, new seals and brake hose with stainless fittings :-({|=

Back to the front :?

Looking to get all the electrical connectors back in the headlamp shell ](*,)

Real poor design it makes the LC seem light years a head in comparison #-o
Everything has to cram through one hole which is awkward enough but getting the headlamp lens in with all those huge block connectors is going to be a fight
