Thanks Martin,

I wonder if this has had anything to do with the SS300 having a poor reputation for reliability?

PS. Just let me know how much I owe you.

Cheers

Thanks Martin,
I would have loved to pop in and have a good look at it (plus a chinese and a pint), but they are keeping me busy in the midlands and it is looking busy up till mid January at the moment. ](*,)

If anything changes I will give you a call [-o<

Cheers

Hi Shaun,
The chinese buffet is certainly worth a visit or two (or three)

Hi Ben,
I have to dash down to Northampton in the morning for an early meeting then back up to Birmingham for the rest of the week.

I would not be in such a rush but one of my guys was arrested this morning for failure to appear at court (and as he is still in the cells - hopefully he will be either released with a court date or bailed to appear tomorrow)......all because of two speeding fine summons that he did not receive  )

Cheers,
Bernie :D

what do you used to remove the sand casting granyness from the cylinders?

What kind of tools do you use in order to achieve such shinyness?

Hi Tricia,
180 grit wrapped around a small keyhole file, worked in stages to 1200 grit then polished by hand, finish buffing with a small cloth wheel on a dremmel.
Many nights in hotel rooms polishing instead of TV or Bar
