Took my wheel to a car paint shop on Canvey island (Essex).
They don't have a web site (under construction)i had two cans colour matched to the wheel £12.50 a can
wish i got three so i had a spare as it took one can per wheel and twelve coats a thin paint but after coat seven it builds up good.
Need to get the shock serviced next, but who to use?

cool, ive just ordered some 2 pack thinners hardeners primer and at the end of all that could only afford 1 ltr of 2 pack black gloss, costs alot but quality stuff, but that will get me under way have to get all the green next month, but going to spray all the panels fairing etc myself, could be good could be a disaster cheers

What did you use to get the swing arm bolt in the end?.... Other then a big hammer!
I used numerous bottles alcohol and the opinions of 2 mates!

I tired big hammer and lots of swearing for about an hour with no luck
just would not budge,
mr b suggested putting the nut half back on and put
a socket on each end then keep hitting hard about 5 times each side with copper hammer to break the rust up inside. I thought no way its stuck fast
but after about an hour, 1/2 and a cuppa + swearing it started to move about 2mm kept spraying wd40 to help it on its way and eventually it came out
I had ringing in my ears and jaw ache from all the banging and gritting my teeth

A few bolts to change here and there and wipe over with a rag, job done
Had a few parts of some members on the forum. Thank you

VALE!!!
You got close to the action. VIP Pass?
I was in Mugello in '08 to see Vale win and brought the limited edition "face" helmet as a keeps sake!
Nothing like an Italian MotoGP!
Lets hope 2013 will see Vale back at the top.
Number 10 here we come!

Hi chris,
No not vip just at the end of the race they let everyone on the track

that was 2012.
Went again this year and watched Rea in action
Watching Rossi get second and the Italians going mad was something to see.
This year we were on the back row in the Rossi fan club you can't miss us on tv we had a Union Jack

clipped to the board behind us.
Thinking of going Mugello next year.

I would be well chuffed if that was in my shed, should be proud of yerself.
I do like that colour scheme, probly as rare as the red one.
