Ermm, seem to have a problem here.... removed the cdi box from the KR1, to find that the connection terminals had be replaced with crimp conectors, nothing new there me thinks, and pull them all out... WRONG!!!!
the wiring colours on the CDI are completly different to the wiring loom.
Anyone now how to find out what, when, and where with this wiring.... or maybe have a CDI in the garage/shed gathering dust???
Nick.

4 pin connecter = white goes to red/white
=red goes to black/red
=green goes to black/yellow
= black/white goes to black/white
6 pin connecter =w/green goes to black
=brown/white goes to brown/white
=green goes to black/yellow
= black goes to black
=blue goes to blue
=orange goes to brown
3 pin connecter
3 blue wires go straight to kips servo. hope this helps, cheers matt. remember theres more than one wire the same colour ie x2 green from cdi, both join to a black/yellow, be carefull not to pop cdi although i think the x2 green to black/yellow may be earth wires eg coil, battery etc. you should be able to distinguish the x3 blue wires that operate sevo for kips but there is x1 other blue to blue wire. good luck!
