Got this a couple years ago. Once the carb holders were changed, it runs fine. I have to figure out why I get 18 V when running and why the tachometer is dead beyond 3000 RPM.

looks good :)

about your problem : don't start it any more. Your regulator is broken. if you keep on using it, you are going to burn your CDI :!:
