Found in a shed

Post by Ricky »

Here are some pics of my kr that bought at the weekend for £400 , it needs a bit work but is all there . Cant decide weather to use it just as a track bike or to throw lots of money at it . Quite like the reg number . If only my name began with a "J". I've thrown in a pic of my xr 400 to make me seem more interesting.

If you do decide to use it as a track toy put some race plastics on her. Oringinal plastics are now NLA from Kawasaki are are getting very rare on the second hand market. it'll make you sick if you drop her and have to find a replacement set.

Have lots of fun on her, just remember she'll love a good thrashing :D

Fairings

Post by Ricky »

I would probably keep the plastics but i was wondering what other fairing and seat unit would fit to a KR without too much trouble as i know of an Aprilia rs 250 fairing & seat going cheap. They're not too pretty but would be ok for the track................Ricky.
