I am thinking similar ATM.Just been out on the bike(cause the cars stuck)and done 26 mile to the garage and back.Woooh all them muddy sundays 2 wheel sliding the mountain bike have just come into there own big time!
The garage in question is 10 mile between Barnsley,Rotherham and Doncaster,so have a guess which council grits the roads there?You guessed it not one of them have done it.
Could'nt find my waterproof pants,found out with all the foot down action-me boots aint waterproof ,but a blast all the same .Dont think i have been sideways that much on a bike in my life .
Gotta get some road legal crosser tyres NOW!Will have to just change them back over for mallory.

Purple-now theres a colour for ya!
Doing the wheels Gold though-its just too much purple otherwise
Had a rear shock spring done gold,for the R6 shock,does that mean i have started my project
