hot rod KR250 stuff, Pit Crew, Beet, ETC
I'm thinking about building a Pit Crew KR250 (road legal racer with lights) like #7 above, Has anyone that bike or bodywork like it? Otherwise I need to get dimensions, drawings, photos . I have limited fiberglass skills, any how to books to recommend? Also any hot deals with KR250 Beet pipes, race bodywork or anything else out of Japan lately?

You'll be very lucky to find some aftermarket KR bodywork, apart from the odd replica front mudguard etc. I've seen a couple of bits come up on Yahoo Auctions but not very often. Plenty of Daytona bars and footpegs though and exhausts too, even new.
Best idea is to ignore KR-specific parts and search for BEET bits for all bikes, then adapt it to suit. Moulding your own fibreglass parts from scratch is a proper skill, modifying an existing part is much easier. It wouldn't even have to be BEET, you could modify an RG500 tail to suit.
