Carbies cleaned and fitted with Ramair filters

Can you get little plugs for the vacuum tap as i have used a bit of oil pipe filled with silicone ?

I feel under pressure now to get it done right

Theres a bit of debris in the tank from the prepping etc so what is best to wash it out with ?,a bit of petrol ?

Thanks for the replys

There is still lots to do,electrics being the main one and i'm waiting for my end cans as i damaged one when the bike fell over in the garage

I still haven't had it running so it will need setting up with the KR carbs ,Ramairs and running premix

At the moment i can't seem to bleed the rear brake,it has far too much pedal movement even though i have passed the whole bottle of brake fluid through

and can't see anymore bubbles

looks so right - love it

might be worth getting a syringe to try bleeding the brakes - plenty
on e-bay (i might have a spare one - i'll have a look) - should save fluid
going all over the paint

The rear brake caliper...
is it new..or new pistons and seals...??

if so... remove the pads and try to pump the pistons out..
ot completely...just out 2 thirds..
i think there sticking...i had a similar problem
with some new calipers....at the front...
perserver... its the pistons sticking....hope this helps...

I rebuilt the caliper with new genuine seals and got a mastercylinder repair kit for the rear YPVS mastercylinder.

I will try taking the pads out,cheers mate
