Track ratios

Post by the kid »

Thought this might be the place to ask what the track oriented boys are using for sproket combinations ?
Have only limited availability localy off the shelf . Stardard 15/40 is what I have used at Phillip Island and dropped to 14 for shorter tracks .
After that have only found a 41 rear and then they jump to 48

What do you folk use ?

I would have thought that the sprockets were available over there as they are pretty standard. MJ and I both use a KR1R CR box so our final drive ratio will be totally different. If you can't find any then drop me a line on here and I get you a few and get them posted over to you.

Thats a very kind offer Mate , Thankyou . Should be able to sort something tho .
Racing this weekend , a 2 day classic meeting . Have had some problems with the KR that are a bit of a pain (ruined a newly plated barrel ) but should be right for the weekend .
Have been lent a KH100 "bucket" racer to use as well . Should be a bit of fun . 19hp at the rear wheel
