Not sure if you've mentioned it or I've missed it but are you going to put the 'luggage' brackets on it?

Yes, they'll go on when I get round to sorting through what I have.

Clocks built up with powder coated clock and main fairing brackets.

Also fitted a NOS speedo which I have had for some time. I can't think when would be a better time to use it.

Hi All,

I haven't updated for a while

Not been getting a lot done as I keep getting distracted with other projects  .

Anyway, wheels powder coated, bearings fitted, tyres fitted and minty front KR1 discs fitted \:D/

Also got my standard rebuilt shock back which is nice.

Next, need to get my stanchions re chromed, forks rebuilt and then I'll be on 2 wheels :D .

Cheers

Ooohh, tell me about the shock now please, where, how much and how long did it take?? I've also realised what that plastic cover is on my bench now, does it go over the shock adjuster??

Hi Paul,

The shock was done at Mick Gardener Racing in Barnsley. It took a couple of weeks to turn around. I had the spring powder coated and I think it came to about £130.

When I went up there I took a few shocks with me that I thought had good piston rods but on close inspection they were pitted. They replaced some of the internals with new parts.

Yes the black plastic piece is the shock adjuster cover.

Cheers
