weve knocked up some rough brackets out of carbon for the quick release fairing brackets and took some pics in the sun Image Image Image Image Image Image

been a while since ive updated,so here goes,screen has finally arrived and ive got hold of a proper close ratio/straight cut gearbox 8) the engine is with my mate dan(gecko racing) getting rebuilt as i type :D Image Image Image Image Image

I was wondering when you were going to update this. When do you expect to get the box and engine sorted?

its been a while as dan had to finish the race season/work/family so didnt really want to rush him as ive been doing it long enough now :lol: he rung me yesterday and just waiting on things coming back to him,bottom ends getting crank rebuilt/new bearings and a good spec 8) the cylinders are getting decked for better squish but not full race spec just yet,getting crank cases vapour blasted while its in pieces as well

the cases have come back and look fantastic,ive also got some new side fairing mounts for the bike 8) Image Image Image Image

Those cases look great. Where did you get the side fairing mounts from?

a mates had some made up and sent me a set,he will be selling them at some point mate,i will get onto him about them if your interested

cheers mate,ive got a price of £15 each,thats the mount,ally tube,nylon cap,nut and r clip,thats his price not me adding the padgetts style added tax on :lol:

The aqua blasted cases look fantastic Si.What did you think when you picked them up.

pablo ive not seen them in the flesh yet :oops: they went straight to dans,ive only seen the pictures he emailed me,i cant wait to see them as he says their amazing.i will tell roy theres some interest in the fairing mounts :D i think he's just finalising the design of them at the mo,but the stays are ready to go in my opinion,but he's a perfectionist 8)
