Now that is stunning, just wait until the Tifosi on here start demanding Dyno results or at a minimum some video of it running.

Hi JanBros I sent the crank and cases to crankworks in the US and it was about £800 from memory . Worth looking on there web site I think they quote prices .
Hi KR1R see you found one of my triple projects .

Hi Bernie its a Kawasaki H1 500 bottom end mated to Aprilia rs125 cylinders . Although I purchased the big bore cylinders new as they where cheaper than getting the old cylinders replated so each cylinder is 154cc . Im doing the same with a kh400 bottom end as well . These projects are a little way off yet but are progressing .

WOW.....

They both sound awesome, did you need to get the cranks stroked for those, or did you manage to accommodate it with the thickness of your adaption plate (5.5mm?) on the 500 bottom end (RS stroke 53.3 H1 stroke 58.8mm)
Are you using the Aprilia barrels on the 400 and 500 bottom ends? what are you doing about the 1mm less stroke of the 400 compared to the RS (53.3/52.3)?
I would love to see photos of them as they progress [-o<

Cheers,
Bernie

Hi Bernie , the kh400 bottom end was stroked to 54.5mm and the con rods are Aprilia RS125 rods at 110mm long using modified standard Aprilia RS125 cylinders . The H1 500 bottom end had the stroke reduced to 55mm and using early TZ250 rods at 110mm long . The Aprilia RS125 stroke is 54.5mm.Both engines needed adaptor plates to allow for stud positions and the engine cases skimming to get the TDC correct .

That sounds like a lot of very expensive work!
But worth it
