I would not read too much into that.

It is in Italy and whenever there is a death then someone is deemed responsible. Generally no prosecutions are made, it is just standard legal stuff that happens there.

There have been some pretty high profile cases (E.G. Ayrton Senna) which tend to drag the whole thing into the spotlight and make the court cases long winded.

I would expect the team to be served with the same writs as well because they gave him the bike. Probably they will also cite Redding and De Angelis too, along with their respective teams.

I doubt there will be any prosecution of any one and it will be deemed and accidental death.
