exhaust valve motor - repair kit?

Dodgy Kips motor? CDI? battery? diode? reg/rect? its all gobbledygook to me but some people understand it ask tham a question here

does anyone know if they do a repair kit for the exhaust valve motor

i'm talking about new brushes for inside - i think :?:

ive striped mine down to get the alloy parts cleaned up and was thinking of putting new brushes in
New to Forum, restoring a KR1...or should i say building from scratch

just get some brushes that are bigger and sand them down to the correct size . I've repaired lots of electric motors that way :wink:
My ultimate goal is to die young as late as possible !
