Reg/rec/battery.

Been doing a search but cannot find what i am looking for,

Noticed that my head light gets brighter when you rev. When the bike is
just on tick over the indicators will come on but not flash but when you
rev they start flashing then as the revs drop to tick over they don't flash.

I am thinking battery ? because indicators not getting enough power but just in case will check here first. Battery is 12 months old.

Then i think reg/rec because lights getting to much power (brighter).
Looking at the manual reg/rec reading should be between 12v to 14v if i have read it right, if over then replace ?
I don't have a meter to hand at the moment so can not check just yet.

the headlight usually brightens with the revs, but the indicators should not be effected.

you should get 14ish volts across the battery terminals when the engine is running with 3k + rpm
