Just would like to know if someone uses a WP shock and if they're satisfied with it.....

thats about right :)


I am getting a penske, I run them in a few of my bikes, very happy with them and no doubt it'll be just as good on the kr1s.

WP have a very good rep, can't see why they wouldn't be top notch.

thanks guys, I just asked as I heard of people using hagon or hyperpro for the KR1S, but haven't heard of someone using a WP one yet.....

Didn't know they made them for the KR

you'll never hear overhere someone using Wilbers, Technoflex, Andreani or others continental brands either. It's just that in the UK/other side off the world, there are other "local" brands that dominate the market :wink:

They did...... I got a defective (just a box of parts) one from Corky (thanks mate!), sent WP a pic and they said they could repair it \:D/

you're right Jan, it's just that this is the place to ask for everything KR, when I ask on some german forum I won't get any answer as no one knows the KR. And I guess I know nearly every german KR owner by now....

ask prices before you have it done. I've heard prices up to 300 euro's :shock:

+/- 150euro for a complete revision is a normal price.
My ultimate goal is to die young as late as possible !

I did: 160euro :D bargain for a good shock...
