HEY FELLAS
I HAVE A SPARE SET OF COMPLETE FORKS HOLDING UP THE FRONT END OF MY H****A CBR 400 AND CANT REMEMBER IF THE ARE KR1 OR KR1S FORKS COS I`VE RECENTLY SOLD ANOTHER SET OF FORKS AND A COUPLE OF PAIRS OF CALIPERS SO I HAVE NO WAY OF REFERENCE SO COULD SOMEONE GIVE ME THE CALIPER MOUNTING HOLES MEASUREMENT PLEASE CENTRE TO CENTRE ??

Visually the fork lowers are quite different

KR1 painted neck down at bottom, 6202 bearing eg 15mm axle, 2 pot calipers
KR1S plated/anodised/finely grooved and flare out at bottom (left), 6203 bearing 17mm axle
Beefier brake mounts, 4 pot calipers

No need to measure just compare two photos side by side

From the front and the left hand side difference will be more noticable
Not ver obvious here in that pic

Great photos the difference jumps right out at you when you see them side by side and with calipers attached
