I believe Virginia Power has one on her race bike - She seems pretty happy

Yes I have a full race Wilbers on my race bike. It has adjustable high and low speed compression damping and adjustable rebound damping. I had it built 10mm longer by Wilbers. I would up that to 15mm ideally to sharpen the steering a bit more. I expect 10mm might be fine on the road, I would certainly not go less than 10mm extra. Performance wise it is fantastic and really responds to any adjustment. You will get it sprung for your weight of course. Wilbers do several versions depending on your budget. John at RSP Products Halesowen 0121 501 3321 was very positive and helpful. The shock was made to over length for me at the factory in Germany, took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Just realised RSP Products can be seen by searching Revs Racing which is what they are called on the internet.
