Wich and how many Fork oil

Hi again,wich fork oil do you use and how many ccm must i fill in one fork??

What is 10w20 wt oil . Fork oil here is just a straight wt . Think its better to use 20wt and add a bit more than recomended .

Am using 10wt now at recommended height and get way too much dive under brakes ,like bottoming , track use mind . Think some heavier springs will help too .

Mark (MJ43) recommended this to me when I made the same query a while ago-
10w and set the level at about 160mm from the top forks compressed and no spring fitted.

Works a treat for me, but I ride on the road only and weigh naff all, you might want to stiffen it a bit if you do any track work or are not built like a jockey.
