just posted up my kr1s's frame numbers...the first is kr250c-003206 on h plate
second is kr250c-001115... on a j plate? can anyone tell me why the newer bike has numbers under the h reg?

It could have just sat in a dealership window for a year or so or in a crate round the back below the card table and the coffee mugs .
