Hi, does anyone have an indicator relay for sale, as the indicators aren't working so I'm guessing the relay as it's given me problem s in the past.

Cheers Janbros, I'll keep that info in mind as I will probably rebuild these with these springs, is the air-gap measurement changed or as per manual? In fairness I don't know the history of these forks, they came off an ex-race bike I bought years ago, I thought I would practice and re-build these b...

Fork Spring Length?

Hi, just in the process of re-building my forks (KR1S) measured the fork springs and they are 438mm long, the manual states they should be 468mm - can anyone confirm if the length in the manual is correct??

Hi,
Planning to rebuild the forks on my KR1S - dust and fluid seals as well as both bushes, have any of you used pattern parts, if so were they any good or would you only recommend genuine parts??

Cheers, managed to remove the slider thing from the caliper body, now jusdt need to remove the rubber boot clean-up and reassemble.

Rear caliper disassembly

Trying to rebuild my rear brake caliper, I've removed the pistons and would like to remove the sliding pins as they seem to be seized, are these supposed to be removed and if so does anyone know how I do this?

I was there briefly in the morning on my KR1S and there was also another Black/Green KR1S there in the morning, couldn't stop too long unfortunately, but some nice bikes there.

Hi, Desparately need the plastic choke cable adjuster if anyone can help, it's the bit that screws in to the carb body (part number 16002-1058) but no longer available from Kawasaki - the threads have stripped on mine and it pulls out as soon as you operate the choke. If anypone has one for sale it ...

I run a 14 tooth front and standard rear on mine, which I find fine for general road use.
