If you already have on apart, find a big arse bolt head that fits into the top of the inner valving tube and make up a long handle to holds the inner tube.
I used a rattle gun, works a treat.

boyesen ssc014 are too long by a touch. 0.52mm thick.
should be able to elongate the holes by 50% to line the tips up with the cage but saying that these are not a direct replacement for peoples reference

Saw these ages back when I got my beet pipes from yahoojp.
All pipes for a Kr have the distinct curve at the front (except k2tec) to achieve tuned length and clearance.
I didn't risk it.

the cap turned up and fitted! Need to use oem reedblock for production racing so Vforce are out.
